HUEB LIFETIME WARRANTY
WE, at Hueb, guarantee that the jewelry we sell is of the highest quality and free from any manufacturing defects.
If you believe that your product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine that there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem proper, replace the item. If the original item is no longer available, Hueb, in its discretion, will replace it with a like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will then notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions; visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These features are considered as part of the character of the item and should not be considered a defect.
Free Cleaning and Inspection Services on Jewelry Purchased
Do not hesitate to visit us and have your purchased jewelry cleaned and polished. These services are essential for the maintenance of its beauty, and is a free of charge service as long as you own the item.
On Stolen or Lost Jewelry
We highly recommend that you insure your purchased jewelry against theft and its total loss with a reputable insurance company. In such cases, we offer to provide details of the loss or stolen item to support any police report and insurance claim.
To ensure the full effect of this Lifetime Warranty, you must have your jewelry inspected by our Flagship or UAE corporate office every twelve (12) months from the date of its purchase. If you fail to do so, your coverage under this Lifetime Warranty will become void.
We further require that you bring your Jewelry and Lifetime Warranty Certificate when you visit our Flagship or Dubai Corporate office. This Certificate will be used to confirm your coverage under the Lifetime Warranty, and will also enable us to maintain a detailed history of the service provided.
You are free to bring or ship, at your own cost, your jewelry to our Flagship or UAE corporate office for inspection, cleaning, or any maintenance services it may require within reason. When we have completed the inspection and any needed repairs, jewelry can be retrieved at the same Flagship store of purchase or it will be shipped to you, With Hueb not covering the payment for return shipping and will be borne by the client
What are the Covered Repairs and Services?
Jewelry repairs and Services include the parts and labor necessary to fix problems which occur during normal usage of the jewelry; consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Depending on the type of jewelry, this would include Ring resizing, polishing & cleaning, Engraving, Prong re-tipping, Rhodium, shortening of bracelets, clasp replacement, repair of broken chains, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts, or similar repairs of that nature.
What is Not Covered?
This Warranty does not cover jewelry that is not brought into our Flagship or UAE corporate office for its regular twelve-month check-up, jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive use, or has been repaired by a store other than our Flagship or UAE corporate head office.
This Lifetime Warranty also does not cover any kind of loss, or theft of the jewelry, damage caused to the jewelry from loss, theft or Act of God, or any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken, damaged, Part missing, Diamond missing, Stone/Pearl missing, Stone replacement, Push back missing.
Period of Coverage
This Lifetime Warranty gives you coverage for the lifetime of the jewelry from the date of purchase. This coverage applies only to the jewelry purchase and is not transferable to other purchased jewelry items.
This Lifetime Warranty applies to the original customer and can be transferred only within his or her family members, so long as this family member is in possession of both the jewelry and its certificate.

Please print and complete the service authorization form with the original certified appraisal of the item(s). If you cannot locate the certified appraisal, please inform us and a replacement will accompany your serviced item(s) when it is shipped back.
We require that your shipments must have a return address. We also highly recommend that you ship it through a certified shipping company equipped with reliable package tracking tools. Hueb assumes no responsibility for the any loss or miss-shipment of the jewelry to or from you.
We will carefully inspect and clean your jewelry and if we discover any potential problems requiring immediate attention, we will contact you for authorization to complete a required maintenance with a timeline and at no additional cost. Upon completion of the cleaning and inspection, Hueb will ship it to the return address free of charge.
