Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to Hueb points earned and redeemed by you during the purchases.
We will use this information for purposes of our Hueb Circle program to provide & market Hueb Circle program and the product & services we offer to you on through various sales channels including our website www.hueb.com. We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our privacy policies.
We may disclose this information to others in connection to our Hueb Circle program including but not limited to, our employees, representatives, service providers and agents engaged for the purpose of the administration / provision of services relating to our Hueb Circle program and the promotion of the program and available benefits.
We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about offers and news relating to our Hueb Circle program electronically—e.g., email, SMS, and social media. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing. We may terminate our Hueb Circle program at any time acting reasonably. Where possible, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice of the termination and cancellation of your Hueb Circle account (if applicable).
If we give you notice after termination, Points will only continue to be credited to your Points Balance in relation to transactions that occurred prior to the date of termination.
Any such notice of termination will include the general reasons for termination (if possible), and the time period available to you to use points in your points balance to redeem the same. We will define the time limit remaining before final expiration of all points.
