SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

• At Hueb, we are committed to delivering a seamless and secure shopping experience. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and returned.

ORDER PROCESSING

• All orders are subject to availability and credit card verification.
• Once confirmed, orders are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.
• Orders are shipped only after availability of the selected item and size is confirmed by the Hueb team.
• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our control.
• All shipments are fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Standard Delivery

• Pending availability and payment verification, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
• Standard delivery packages are shipped via FedEx.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
• Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories are delivered via USPS Priority Mail.

Express Shipping

• Once availability of the selected item and size is confirmed, express orders are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.

SALES TAX

• Sales tax is applied where required by law. Currently, sales tax is charged in New York at 8.875%.
• Tax treatment in other jurisdictions may vary depending on applicable regulations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Hueb offers international shipping to destinations worldwide, subject to FedEx service availability and applicable local import restrictions..
• All international shipments are dispatched via FedEx from our fulfillment center in New York, USA.
• Orders are processed within approximately 5–7 business days.
• Orders ship only when all items in the order are available.
• Shipment confirmation may be required within 2 business days before shipment.
• Delivery transit times vary depending on destination country and customs procedures.

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES

• For select destinations, Hueb covers all applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes. For these destinations, your order will be delivered with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery.
• Hueb's duties-and-taxes-paid service is currently available only for the destinations included in our Duties & Taxes Covered Countries listed below.

• For destinations not included in this list, Hueb will still ship your order; however, any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected before or at the time of delivery.
• Customs regulations and import requirements vary by country and may change without notice.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Hueb is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs authorities.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned due to address errors or failed delivery attempts.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• By placing an order on https://hueb.com all international customers agree to these terms.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• At Hueb, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged subject to the conditions below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Domestic returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be presented in saleable condition.
• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
• The item must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
• The item must be presented with its original Hueb tag attached and intact. Items with the original tag removed, detached, altered, damaged, or reattached may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• All returned merchandise must include its original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accessories, where applicable.
• Eligibility for a refund or exchange is subject to inspection and approval by Hueb.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Monogrammed items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Personalized items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Engraved items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Custom-made or bespoke items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Items altered or modified at the customer's request are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Items resized to a customer-specific specification, where applicable, are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
• Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, altered, or is no longer in saleable condition is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Merchandise returned without its original Hueb tag attached and intact may not be eligible for return or exchange.

DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Eligible domestic purchases may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the return eligibility requirements above.
• All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Hueb before a refund or exchange is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any difference in price between the original item and the replacement item will be adjusted accordingly.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Eligible international orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the return eligibility requirements above and the additional conditions below.
• Customers must contact Hueb Client Services before returning an international order. Hueb will provide the applicable return instructions and, where available, an authorized return shipping label.
• Customers should not return international merchandise using their own courier or shipping method without prior authorization from Hueb.
• Unauthorized returns may result in customs delays, additional charges, loss of shipment, or refusal of the return.

ORIGINAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Hueb offers complimentary standard shipping worldwide on the original order.
• As standard outbound shipping is complimentary, there is no original standard shipping charge deducted from the customer's merchandise refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING

• Unless otherwise confirmed by Hueb in writing, international return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Where Hueb provides a prepaid return shipping label, the applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
• Hueb will cover authorized return shipping where the return is due to an error by Hueb, an incorrect item supplied by Hueb, or an item confirmed by Hueb to be defective.

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• The treatment of customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, and other customs charges depends on the destination of the original order.

DESTINATIONS WHERE HUEB COVERS DUTIES & TAXES

• For selected destinations where Hueb covers applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes on the original shipment:
• Hueb will manage any recoverable duties or taxes associated with the return, where applicable.
• The merchandise refund will be based on the amount paid by the customer for the eligible returned item, subject to the terms of this Return Policy.

DESTINATIONS WHERE DUTIES & TAXES ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER

• For destinations where customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar charges are paid by the customer:
• These charges are separatefrom the merchandise purchase.
• Amounts paid directly by the customer to customs authorities, FedEx, another carrier, or another third party are not refundable by Hueb.
• Where permitted under local regulations, the customer may apply directly to the relevant customs or tax authority for any available refund.
• Hueb cannot guarantee that duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other amounts paid to third parties will be recoverable.

ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

• Any additional duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, penalties, storage charges, or other expenses resulting from an unauthorized, incorrectly documented, or improperly shipped return may be deducted from the customer's refund.
• Customers are required to follow Hueb's international return instructions.

INSPECTION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE

• All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Hueb.
• To qualify for a refund or exchange, the merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and in saleable condition.
• The original Hueb tag must remain attached and intact.
• The merchandise must be accompanied by its original packaging, certificates, documentation, and accessories, where applicable.
• Hueb reserves the right to refuse a return where the merchandise does not comply with the applicable return requirements.

REFUNDS

• Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved by Hueb, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
• The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, credit card issuer, payment provider, and country.
• For international transactions, Hueb is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations, foreign currency conversion differences, bank charges, credit card issuer fees, payment processor charges, or other third-party financial charges.
• As a result, the amount ultimately credited by the customer's bank or card issuer may differ from the amount originally charged where currency conversion is involved.

EXCHANGES

• Domestic exchanges are subject to product availability.
• International exchanges may, at Hueb's discretion, be processed as a return of the original item followed by a new order for the replacement item.
• This may be necessary because customs regulations, duties, taxes,pricing, and import requirements differ by destination.
• Any replacement or new international order will be subject to the shipping, duties, taxes, and import requirements applicable to that shipment.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

• Customers should contact Hueb Client Services before returning merchandise, particularly for international orders.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
• Hueb reserves the right to update its return procedures where required by changes in applicable law, customs regulations, carrier requirements, or operational requirements.

RETURN PATTERN MONITORING

• Hueb reserves the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns if an unreasonable or excessive return pattern is identified.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

• The merchandise must have been purchased at full price.
• The item must be marked down within 7 days of purchase.
• Price adjustments are not available beyond this timeframe.
