- Orders are shipped only after availability of the selected item and size is confirmed by the Hueb team.
- Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and circumstances beyond our control.
- All shipments are fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
Standard Delivery
- Pending availability and payment verification, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.
- Standard delivery packages are shipped via FedEx.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time.
- Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories are delivered via USPS Priority Mail.
Express Shipping
- Once availability of the selected item and size is confirmed, express orders are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day.
SALES TAX
- Sales tax is applied where required by law. Currently, sales tax is charged in New York at 8.875%.
- Tax treatment in other jurisdictions may vary depending on applicable regulations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Hueb accepts international orders for select destinations worldwide.
- All international shipments are dispatched via FedEx from our fulfillment center in New York, USA.
- Orders are processed within approximately 5–7 business days.
- Orders ship only when all items in the order are available.
- Shipment confirmation may be required within 2 business days before shipment.
- Delivery transit times vary depending on destination country and customs procedures.
DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES
- All duties, VAT, and applicable import taxes are covered by Hueb.
- Your order will arrive with no additional charges due upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- At Hueb, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged subject to the conditions below
- Returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of purchase when:
- The item must be presented in saleable condition.
- The item must be accompanied by established proof of purchase.
- Eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by Hueb.
- Items that are monogrammed, personalized, or custom-made are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
- All returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
- Hueb reserves the right to restrict or refuse future transactions or returns if an unreasonable return pattern is identified.
- The merchandise must have been purchased at full price.
- The item must be marked down within 7 days of purchase.
- Price adjustments are not available beyond this timeframe.
