FRHueb Inc d/b/a Hueb (“Hueb”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a registered Delaware corporation headquartered at 22 West 48th Street, Suite 304, New York, NY 10036, USA (Identification No. 84-3300557), designs and sells exclusive fine jewelry under the brand name “Hueb.”

Hueb operates https://hueb.com (the “Website”), through which customers may purchase Hueb fine jewelry items online. These Terms of Sale govern purchases made via the Website and should be read together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION & ELIGIBILITY

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Website by individuals acting as consumers.

Customers confirm acceptance of these Terms

Customers confirm legal capacity to enter binding agreements

Hueb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions apply immediately upon publication.

SECTION 2: PRODUCT INFORMATION & REPRESENTATION

Product images may be enlarged for detail
Natural gemstone variations are inherent
Carat weights and dimensions are approximate
Screen displays may affect perceived color

These characteristics do not constitute defects. Hueb may modify product assortment at any time.

SECTION 3: ORDERING PROCEDURES & ACCEPTANCE

Adding items to cart does not constitute acceptance of an order. Orders are confirmed only after:

Checkout completion
Payment authorization
Order confirmation email issuance

Orders remain subject to availability. Hueb may cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or verification requirements.

SECTION 4: PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified and may change without notice prior to confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include:

PayPal
Google Pay

Installment payments via Shop Pay (Affirm) remain subject to third-party approval.

SECTION 5: REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & MATERIAL STANDARDS

Gold
All Hueb products are crafted in 18-karat gold.

Diamonds
Diamonds are sourced from conflict-free suppliers compliant with the Kimberley Process.

Gemstones
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and color variations.

Certifications
Laboratory certificates (e.g., GIA, IGI) are issued by independent third parties.

SECTION 6: SHIPPING, INSURANCE & DELIVERY

Orders ship after payment confirmation
Shipments are insured until delivery
Signature confirmation required
Delivery restricted to verified addresses

Estimated delivery timelines are typically 5–7 business days but are not guaranteed.

SECTION 7: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may incur duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees payable by the recipient.

SECTION 8: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery if unused and in original condition.

Non-returnable items include:

Resized jewelry
Personalized items
Altered pieces

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection approval.

SECTION 9: WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hueb disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 10: INSURANCE & RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY

Responsibility transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to obtain independent insurance coverage.

SECTION 11: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data collected during checkout is used for order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping coordination, and customer support. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 12: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, product designs, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Hueb. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

SECTION 13: SIGNATURE & ELECTRONIC PROOF

Submission of payment details and confirmation of an order constitute acceptance of the order and agreement to pay the stated price.

SECTION 14: FORCE MAJEURE

Hueb shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

SECTION 15: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hueb’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

SECTION 16: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

SECTION 17: LANGUAGE

These Terms are provided in English only.

SECTION 18: CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT

Client Services include product consultation, styling assistance, delivery coordination, and aftercare guidance.
